Because Anahata is the heart chakra the energy focus is mainly deals with things people connect with the heart; love, compassion, devotion, and acceptance. All four of these things have to deal with leaving our hearts open to be able to see and understand them. If our heart is closed or unbalanced we will basically be shut off from the rest of the world and our own feelings dealing with those four traits.
